BoD of Rajesh Exports confers more authorities on Rajesh Mehta

Rajesh Exports Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 06, 2007, has resolved to authorize Mr. Rajesh Mehta, Executive Chairman to negotiate the existing opportunities for overseas joint ventures / takeovers and to explore opportunities for acquisitions and joint ventures overseas.
He is further authorized to identify, negotiate conclude and implement the overseas acquisitions / joint venture.
The Board has further authorized Mr. Rajesh Mehta to explore these joint ventures / acquisitions up to an amount of Rs 1000 crores, which are the current cash reserves of the Company generated from internal accruals and the proceeds of the successful FCCB issue of the Company.
