On Thursday June 14, 2007 at the Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Groupe Bikini Village inc held at Hotel Mortagne located at Boucherville, the shareholders elected a new Board of Directors.
The new Board of Directors is comprised of the following members:

- Jeff Larsen
- Scott Leckie
- Melinda M. Lee
- Joe Marsilii
- Mardiros Ounanian
Previously, at the Company's Board meeting held on Wednesday June 13, 2007, Mrs. Sylvie Lalande, Mr. Jean Desmarais and Mr. Richard Soly resigned from the Board of Directors. The Company wishes to thank each of them for their attentiveness, devotion and their vision, which has benefited the Company.
Groupe Bikini Village inc's swimwear division operates 58 swimwear boutiques in Quebec and Ontario under the Bikini Village and Ocean Bikini Village banners. The company employs approximately 480 people.
