Vaibhav Gems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 27, 2007, inter alia, has re-appointed Shri.Rahimullah as the Managing Director of the Company for a further tenure of 5 years w.e.f. August 01, 2007, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
