Alps Industries Ltd has informed that Company's US subsidiary company ALPS USA INC based in New York, USA, has entered into an agreement to acquire 50% equity stake in Columbine Cody corp.
Columbine Cody Corp, is based at Burlington, lowa and has a show-room in New York. The transaction shall be consummated in next two months.
Columbine Cody Corp is a 15 years only Home Furnishing marketing and distribution company. The strategic partnership will enable the Company to service its North American customers better.
