For successful transition of manufacturing capacities from Novoshakhtinsk to Shakhty and convenient replacement of working places for Novoshakhtinsk specialists, the company organized bus transfers to Shakhty and back.
In addition, the newly created teams, brigades and experienced specialists who have been working jointly for a long time were relocated to the updated production facility.
The vacant production areas after repair works will be occupied by the pocket-machine department. Besides, a decision was made to relocate printing and silk-screen printing area to Novoshakhtinsk, combine them into single production and accommodate in a new premise of the sewing factory in Novoshakhtinsk.
So, 4 sewing lines, embroidery, printing and silk-screen printing, textile, preparation and cutting, pocket machines, experimental department and design office developing garments for children aged 0-12 will be left in Novoshakhtinsk.
