Nuance-Watson (Singapore) has been awarded the concession to operate an “Amazing Grace” destination concept at Singapore Changi Airport's Terminal 2.

Nuance-Watson has recently been confirmed as the operator for the important perfume & cosmetics concession at Changi Airport and has also been awarded a second food & beverage concession at the airport. “Amazing Grace” further expands the range of concepts operated by Nuance-Watson (Singapore).

“Amazing Grace” is a unique speciality store that was established in 1973 in Hong Kong's prestigious Harbour City shopping mall by NBC News journalist Robert Green and his wife Grace.

It went on to become a popular shopping port for discerning shoppers from both Hong Kong and overseas and for anyone who loved to explore unique ethnic Asian merchandise such as handicrafts, giftware, clothing, jewellery and decorative items.

The first “Amazing Grace” airport store was opened in 2004 at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) by Nuance-Watson (Hong Kong) who followed up with a second store in January this year at HKIA's new Terminal 2 SkyPlaza.

The new store, which will be the third located at an airport, will cover an area of 46 sqm at Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 2 and will replace the existing jewellery concept brand Tiara. It will be managed by Nuance-Watson (Singapore). The concession is valid for three years, beginning from October 29, 2007.

Ken Tse, Executive General Manager, Nuance-Watson (Singapore), added: “We are delighted to have this opportunity to work closely with CAAS further and expand our portfolio of concessions at Changi Airport, especially with a high quality format such as Amazing Grace.”
