Classic Diamonds India Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of directors of the Company will be held on September 12, 2007, to accept resignation of the Chairman Shri. Chandrakant M Bhansali and to appoint new Chairman in his place.
Classic Diamonds (India) Limited. The Company's principal activities are to cut, polish and market fully processed, polished and rough diamonds including rejection diamonds and diamond studded gold jewellery. The Company exports to the United States, Europe, Japan and Hong Kong.
