Net consolidated sales for Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A. amounted to 1.027,3 millions euros in the first half of 2007 out of which net sales of Valentino S.p.A. and its branches were 120,7 million euros.

Valentino Fashion Group S.p.A. is currently 60,18% owned by Permira, a Private Equity Fund which launched a public offer on the Company entire share capital.
