Marchpole Holdings plc announces that resolutions 1 to 6 which were put to today's Annual General Meeting were duly passed. The Board further announces that shareholders approved the proposed final dividend for the year ended 31 March 2007 of 2.25 pence per share, which will be paid on 14 September 2007.
