Aokang Group, the second largest shoes manufacturer in China has formally signed a contract with A T Kerney Company, a management consultation company, for global-strategy federal union.
During the federal union, A T Kerney will plan strategy development and management method of Aokang Group during 2008 to 2012.
An official from Aokang Group said that the company hired this global consultation team because it plans to enter in the international market in a big way as the competition is severe in shoe industry. Aokang Group also intends to shift its focus from product and brand business to the capital business.
