Flawless Diamond India Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on October 18, 2007, has decided to appoint Mr. Sujay N Kantawala as Director of the Company.
Mr. Sujay N Kantawala will be additional Director of the Company.
Mr. Sujay N Kantawala will be independent Director and his appointment will strengthen the Board to maintain highest standard of Corporate Governence.
