Shop-in-shops, store partnership and franchising concepts – the verticalisation of the Russian clothing retail trade has been advancing inexorably for years now. The number of shopping centres and shopping malls is set to virtually double by 2011.

In Moscow alone in 2007 twenty new shopping centres have opened, occupied for the most part by vertical sales concepts. More and more companies are rising to the challenge of adopting a rational approach to zoning.

With the new segment 'CPM Store Concept' CPM – Collection Première Moscow is picking up on the topic of zoning systems right on time for its 10th edition (26 to 29 February 2008).

'CPM Store Concept' offers system suppliers from trade and industry an independent marketplace as part of Eastern Europe's leading fashion fair, thereby meeting the Russian/Eastern European clothing retail trade's great need for information.

The new segment will be underpinned by a conference on the topic featuring specialist seminars and workshops. “We already had the Store Concept segment prepared a long time ago,“ explained Igedo CEO Frank Hartmann.

“From 2008 we will now have the necessary floor space available at the exhibition centre so we can put this mega trend into practice as a fair segment and offer our visitors even more information and choice.“

'CPM Store Concept' offers the following exhibitor target groups a professional and high-performing platform…

International brand manufacturers and converters with their own mono-label shop-in-shop, store partnership and franchising concepts, who wish to realize vendor-managed sales areas with existing or potential specialist retailers.
