Comité Bellecour introduces new trends in fashion

The recently organised fashion show by Comité Bellecour, synonymous of French luxury since 1995, was a classy event for the fashion savvy residents of Dubai.

It was held in association with City of Lyon, Emirates Investment and Development (Emivest), The Rhone Alpes Region, ZILLI, Binhendi, the Dubai Ladies Club and The Palace Hotel Old Town Dubai.

The gala evening and fashion show which kick started with the creations of nine French designers and craftsmen: jewellery designers, haute couture for wedding and evening gowns, the pre-eminent brand of luxury men's wear, sculpture, creators of furniture, wrought iron, multi-media solutions, designers of wood sinks and bathtubs, creators of tiles was a clear recognition of Dubai's role as a perfect platform to showcase the latest international collection for the fashion lovers of the Middle East.

The event which attracted the attention of local and international media was attended by the crème le crème of Dubai, the French Ambassador to the UAE, His Excellency Patrice Paoli, and officials of the French Embassy.

The guests enjoyed the fashion fiesta of Max Chaoul Couture and ZILLI which took place at the newly opened The Palace Hotel – Old Town Dubai.

Spearheaded by Butti Saeed Al Ghandi, Chairman of Emivest, the mesmerising the Comité Bellecour event hogged limelight, as Max Chaoul and Zilli brought their latest creations to this trendy hotspot after exhibiting in New York, Paris,Moscow and Beirut.
