The staff have gone through the same training process as any other employees of the chain, with excellent results. Massimo Dutti staff have taken part in the training and will continue to give the same support to management, training and administration as they do to all the other stores in the chain. The final objective is that these workers should be in a position to carry out their professional tasks at any sales point of the Massimo Dutti chain.
