Today, in addition to garments, the company has in-house products like Apparels, FMCG and General Merchandise. Apart from in house products Vishal Mega Mart provides a range of household products, FMCG and electronic goods. Vishal's prices are roughly 15 to 20 per cent less than other mass market garment labels.

Currently Vishal has a presence in Agra, Allahabad, Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Aurangabad, Baddi, Bangalore, Bareilly, Beawar, Bhatinda, Bhilwara, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Bikaner, Cuttack, Dehradun, Delhi, Dhanbad, Ghaziabad, Goa, Gurgaon, Guwahati, Gwalior, Haridwar, Haldwani, Hissar, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jalandhar, Jamshedpur, Jodhpur, Jammu, Kanpur, Karnal, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Meerut, Mumbai, Nasik, Paonta Sahib, Patiala, Pune, Patna, Punchkula, Raipur, Ranchi, Rudrapur, Shimla, Siliguri, Silchar, Surat, Udaipur and Varanasi.
