Shrenuj & Company Ltd has informed that the Remuneration / Compensation Committee Meeting held on January 02, 2008, has granted Option to its existing Employees (including Non-Executive and Independent Directors) and the employees of its Subsidiary Companies based in India and Outside India upto 15,65,764 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each i.e. 2.5% of the existing Issued, Subscribed and Paid Up Capital of the Company at Rs 70/- per share, on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Compensation Committee in accordance with the Guidelines or any other then prevailing applicable provisions.
The vested options shall be exercisable within a period of two years from the date of vesting and vesting will start only after one year from the date of grant.
