Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed that in line with the Company's policy of strategic acquisitions, the Company has acquired 100% Shares of Brightest Circle Jewellery Pvt Ltd, earlier an associate Company.
By way of this acquisition Brightest Circle Jewellery Pvt Ltd has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
Brightest Circle Jewellery Pvt Ltd, a Company incorporated under Companies Act 1956, having its registered office at Popular House, Plot No. 119 Road no. 18, MIDC, Andheri (East), Mumbai is engaged in manufacturing, distributing and selling of Diamonds and Jewellery products.
