The shows took place from 10 - 25 April in the various cities and were produced by Sanlam SA Fashion Week director, Lucilla Booyzen.
The WWD List: According to the WWD List (Thursday, April 3, 2008), the following top 10 countries are ranked by the percentage of residents surveyed who say they buy designer brands.
1. Greece - Amount of country's respondents who said they buy designer brands: 46 percent 2. Hong Kong - 38 percent 3. India - 35 percent 4. Hungary - 32 percent 5. United Arab Emirates - 31 percent 6. Poland - 27 percent 7. South Africa - 27 percent 8. Philippines - 26 percent 9. Netherlands - 23 percent 10. Ireland - 22 percent
