Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed that the Company has increased its stake in Cria Jewellery Pvt Ltd from 99.80% to 100% with a view to make it wholly owned subsidiary.
Cria Jewellery Pvt Ltd is primarily engaged in the marketing and sale of diamond studded and other jewellers.
