The acquisition of 100% of Finduck S.p.A. by APBags closed, subsequent to approval received from the Italian and German Antitrust Authorities.
APBags is the newly constituted sub-holding of ANTICHI PELLETTIERI S.p.A, (handbags & accessories), a leading Leather Goods company controlled by Mariella Burani Fashion Group S.p.A.
Finduck S.r.l. was acquired by AP Bags for € 36.9 million.
At closing, Mariella Burani Fashion Group, sold n. 2.315.789 shares of Antichi Pellettieri to Finduck Group S.p.A. at € 9.5 each, for a total value approximating €22 million.
