Gitanjali BoD approves consolidation of its overseas business

Gitanjali Gems Ltd has informed that the Board of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has given in-principal approval for consolidating its overseas business by re-aligning its holdings in these businesses either in existing overseas subsidiary or to a new subsidiary Company to be floated at an appropriate location.
We are the pioneers of branded jewellery in India and have several established brands in our arsenal to tap the continuously growing branded jewellery market.
The list includes well-know and well established brands such as 'Nakshatra', 'Gili', 'Asmi', 'Sangini', 'D'Damas' and 'Giantti'.
