Renaissance Jewellery Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2008, inter alia, has approved the Amalgamation of M/s. Verigold Fine Jewellery Pvt Ltd, and M/s. L J Creations Pvt Ltd both wholly owned subsidiaries with the Company pursuant to the provision of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act, 1956 and other applicable law.
