Evinix Accessories Ltd has informed that Mr. Prashant Panda, Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors due to his personal reasons and cease to be a member of the Board as well as of the Committees of the Board in which he was a member, with immediate effect i.e. from July 01, 2008.
Evinix was incorporated with the object of development and manufacturing of Headgears, Base Ball Caps and High Altitude Jackets using cotton textile and synthetic leather.
