Evinix Accessories Ltd has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 09, 2008, inter alia, to appoint Additional Director(s) on the Board of the Company.
In 1996 Evinix was incorporated with the object of development and manufacturing of Headgears, Base Ball Caps and High Altitude Jackets using cotton textile and synthetic leather.
