Hilary Riva said “There are many challenges ahead as well as opportunities. In order to take advantage of the opportunities and to work through the challenges an increased management team is required. I am delighted that both Caroline and Simon, who have been part of the changes we have made to date and who are both committed to achieving our shared goals and vision have agreed to take on these roles.
