Y-3 launches a selection of Feline inspired clothing for Autumn/Winter 2010-11.
The pieces come in a black wool roll neck jumper for men and a black wool hoodie for women. Both garments are intricately embroidered with a quirky white kitten motif designed by Yohji Yamamoto.
The slogan '50 Ways to Leave Your Lover' adorns the women's version which underscores a humour and insouciance that is signature Yamamoto. It also directly relates to Y-3's show soundtrack which featured music by Simon & Garfunkel with the same lyrics.
First previewed at the Y-3 fashion show in New York, these classic separates are modern and fun yet luxurious with a hint of sporty elegance.
