Being inspired from this flower, each ensemble is designed to come alive on the wearer & frame the feminine core. The confident textures on the petals that are definitive but never daunting, the pastel colors and the various motifs being derived from the plant tell their own stories. It is Indian inspired clothing that is crisp, professional and modern. It is a contemporary Indian alternative for the professional, working women. Flowy, feminine and sophisticated, each ensemble is derived from a storehouse of the unexpected details found on this flower.

Men behind the Show
Mr. Jainam Kumarpal, owner of the brand bhu:sattva, stated “bhu:sattva strongly believes in conserving the atypical gifts of nature by nurturing it and presenting it in a completely distinctive way. The traits of “RAFFLESIA” are similar to the qualities of “ORGANIC CLOTHING”, which is also rare, serene, unique and mystical in its own way. The unisex collection despite being created with very limited resources, i.e. seven basic herbal dying shades and organic fabric, still has an outstanding output.”

Designer Digvijay Singh said , “As I am exclusively associated with bhu:sattva, a Gujarat based organic label, this collection is 100% organic blend with natural fibres. It is calm and restrained. A lot of shades like greys, blacks, whites and purples engage with hints and accents of red and green, and blends like cotton satin, kora silk, modal and cruelty free silk. The look is fresh. The garments have a chic styling with immaculate fit and construction which flows down from the hem. The overall look is classy and elegant.”
