Dominican-born Miami-based fashion designer Lourdes Libman will present her latest collection at Couture Fashion Week at 6:00 p.m. on Sunday February 20, 2011. The designer's much-anticipated return to the prestigious event will be held in the legendary Grand Ballroom of the Waldorf-Astoria on Park Avenue, New York City.
