Swiss luxury brand Bally, which offers premium apparel and accessories has formed a joint venture (JV) in India with Reliance Brands, a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL). The JV will have exclusive distribution and marketing rights for Bally in India, and will open stores in proven retail locations in New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata.
