Global apparel, footwear and cosmetics and retail brands are to open their flagship stores at the two shopping malls comin up in Sofia, soon.
City Center Sofia, first of the two malls, will be opened on Friday, May 12, while the second one, Mall of Sofia, will raise its shutters on May 30.
City Center Sofia boasts top line cosmetics and fragrances retailers like Sephora and British Marks & Spencer, as per Deyan Kavrakov from mall owner Equest Balkan Properties.
More than 100 companies have rented out premises in City Center Sofia. Ten of them, including lingerie brand Women'Secret will open their local outlet.
Sports retailer Intersport has hired space for its local flagship store at Mall of Sofia.
The 44,000 square meter of City Center Sofia includes 22,000 of leasable space with 2 underground and 4 above-ground floors.
