Mexxem to add 11 outlets in 2007, stores tally pegged at 40

Mexxem, based in Cluj-Napoca, uniot of Dutch Group Stylmex BV deals exclusively in import and distribution of Puma, Wrangler and Lee products in Romania. Mexxem recently declared plans to launch 11 stores in 2007 entering network expansion mode.
This will raise the number of company outlets in the country to 40, including nine Stone Creek outlets opened in 2004; one mono-brand store and an Outlet 1 store also.
Firm aims to tighten its grip on local markets and foray into the global markets also. It will self finance new outlets with plans of expansion through franchises.
