Urban Outlet, a retailer of branded apparel at cheap prices, closed its Garapan store yesterday.

The products on sale here were brought from excess orders of Concorde Garment Manufacturing Inc., which locked up its operations last December.

Store Manager, Judy Mendietta told the media, “Regrettably, the store has to close. It's sad because it's really been a part of the community. It's where people can find branded clothes at very good rates. People also loved our tent sales.”

However, Mendietta was hopeful and said, “If we find an opportunity to do a tent sale, we'll still make the remaining items available to customers.”

Urban Outlet was one of the most popular shopping centres, here, for almost past 10 years.
