Liebrecht & wooD, the Belgian real estate developer, is planning to build a 70,000 square-metre retail park 13 kilometres away from Bucharest on the Bucharest-Pitesti highway.
The park will incorporate a Fashion House Outlet Centre where over 100 clothing and footwear brands will be displayed, acquiring 26,000 square-metre surface area.
The stores will trade factory surplus production and unsold artifacts from regular outlets.
