When completed the expansion project at Prime Outlets – Williamsburg will also meet federal requirements for "green building."
Construction elements including eco-conscious storm water management, green roofing and reduced water consumption will qualify the center's expansion for LEED certification(Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design).
