Pearle Benelux completed the acquisition of Steffen Optique in Luxemburg. With this acquisition, Pearle Benelux enters the optical market in Luxemburg.
Steffen Optique operates 4 stores, of which one in the capital Luxemburg, and it has signed a rental contract to open a 5th store.
The stores will be re-branded into Pearle and the stores will be integrated in the Belgium sales organization.
After this acquisition, Pearle Europe now operates in 16 European countries.
Pearle Europe is an optical retail company that started in November 1996 with the acquisition of Pearle Netherlands from the US based Pearle Vision Inc.
