The Chinese acrylic staple fibre (ASF) market showed modest outlook and prices remained stable due to subdued demand from downstream buyers in the last week ending Nov 29.

ASF prices remained flat in line with weak feedstock market and sluggish demand from the downstream buyers during the reporting week.

In the Chinese USD market, ASF 3.0 Den was offered around US$ 2.44 - 2.48/kg and ASF 1.5 Den was quoted at US$ 2.49 - 2.53/kg.

In the domestic market, ASF 1.5 Den spot was assessed at RMB 18,000-18,400/ton, while ASF 3.0 was spotted at RMB 17,900-18,350/ton.
