Fibre Inspection Department of Fujian province is negotiating with Mingjiang University for technical collaboration. This is done for technical development and to improve technical levels of province.
They will jointly develop technology to test quality of fiber, textile and garment products.
The Department will also amend standards of textile and garment industry based on the new technology.
They will also impart training on relevant state policies and regulations and other basic knowledge on textile and garment industry.
