• The initiative has touched the life of more than 200 women artisans in Eco friendly Natural Fibre Craft activity in Lakkavvanahally cluster, Chitradurga district.
• This initiative has enabled them to improve their earnings up to Rs 120/- from just Rs 30/- day before the initiative.
• Sustained employment through out the year.
The artisans are trained in making quality banana yarn. The yarn is crafted into durable Eco Friendly Utility products like cushion covers, dining table mats, runners, interior blinds etc which are having rich ethnic look with national and international marketability.
