November production of Acrylic fibre reverses trend

China's production of acrylic fiber in November amounted to about 34,400 tons, an increase of nearly 6,000 tons, or 21.17 percent, from the previous month.

This represents a year-on-year decrease of nearly 5500 tons, or 13.89 percent, according to the statistics (sample enterprises) of the China Textile Circulation Association.

November sales registered about 32,600 tons, up nearly 3300 tons, or 11.21 percent, from the previous month, but down nearly 5500 tons year-on-year, or 14.28 percent.

November stock touched about 26,000 tons, an increase of nearly 2300 tons or 9.62 percent from the previous month, but down nearly 16,600 tons year-on-year, or 39.07 percent.
