With 2.3 percent year-on-year expansion production reached 22,792 tons.
Acrylic staple fiber industry has been stagnant on the production front throughout 2005 after recording a decline of 10.5 percent in 2004 and 16.5 percent in 2003.
January to October period registered plunge of 1.2 percent in output to 220,720 tons.
