Jaclyn Inc declares consideration of sale of executive office & warehouse facility

leading apparel designer, manufacturer and marketer jaclyn inc announced it is considering the sale of its executive offices and warehouse facility located in west new york, new jersey. jaclyn currently uses approximately one-half of the 140,000 square foot facility, which it has owned since 1969. the remainder of the facility has been leased to outside third parties.
allan ginsburg, chairman of the board, stated that, "since jaclyn uses only a portion of our west new york facility, we have been looking at opportunities to move to a space more suitable for our present and future needs. we anticipate, however, that any move would be to another site in the vicinity of our present location."
jaclyn noted that there is no assurance that a sale of the property will be concluded, or, if so, the timing, or terms or conditions, of any such sale.
jaclyn inc is a designer, manufacturer and marketer of apparel, women's sleepwear, infants' and children's apparel, handbags, premiums and related accessories.
