Women's specialty retailer Chico's FAS Inc announced it will be offering web access to the Company's Sixth Annual Analyst/Institution Day scheduled for February 10, 2006.
In- person attendance at the Analyst/Institution Day is limited to invited analysts and financial institutions.
The event will focus on a review of merchandise plans for Spring 2006 and management's strategies to continue the market share growth of the Chico's brands.

Chico's FAS, Inc. also announced that management will be delivering presentations on behalf of the Company at the Citigroup Retail Conference and Field Trip and at the Wachovia Securities Consumer Growth Conference in February 2006.
The presentation for the Citigroup Retail Conference and Field Trip is scheduled for February 7, 2006, at 7:15 am ET at the Four Seasons Hotel in Miami, Florida.
The presentation for the Wachovia Securities Consumer Growth Conference is scheduled for February 22, 2006, at 11:20 am ET at the Ritz Carlton in Key Biscayne, Florida.
