Stephen E. Watson, 60, former president and chief executive officer, Gander Mountain LLC, (Nasdaq: GMTN) an outdoor retailer specializing in hunting, fishing and camping gear. He also spent 24 years at the Target Corporation, retiring in 1996 as president and director of the board. He is a director of Retek, Inc., ShopKo Inc. (NYSE: SKO) and Smart & Final, Inc.
The confirmation date hearing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the plan of reorganization proposed by Spiegel, Inc., Eddie Bauer's current parent company, is scheduled for May 25.
