Leading consumer products company K2 Inc has announced that Richard Heckmann, the Company's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and Dudley Mendenhall, the Company's Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Roth Capital Partners 18th Annual OC Conference, to be held on February 20-22, 2006, at The St Regis Monarch Resort & Spa in Dana Point, California.
