Louis Missouri based consumer soft goods marketer Kellwood Company announced that the Company has filed its fiscal 2005 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission(SEC).
In addition, the Company has posted schedules on the Company's website that reflect the results of ongoing operation for each quarter in fiscal 2005 and 2004.
The schedules set forth the various components of the income statement for ongoing operations, nonrecurring charges, discontinued operations and the repatriation tax benefit included in overall operating results.
Kellwood is a marketer of apparel and consumer soft goods with sales in excess of $2 billion. Kellwood specializes in branded as well as private label products, and markets to all channels of distribution with product specific to a particular channel.
