Li Ning appoints Terence Wah-Fung as CFO

As the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Tsang will head the Finance Department and assume full responsibility for the financial and treasury functions of the Company as well as Investor Relations.

Mr. Tsang, aged 51, has over 23 years of experience in the apparel industry. His previous employment included that for Guess Inc, Ashworth Inc and Levi Strauss Company.

Mr. Tsang had held various management roles including as chief financial officer, chief operation officer, Asia president and senior vice president for business unit throughout his career. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mr. Tsang holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from State University of New York.
