Chico's FAS makes management promotion, adds marketing execs

Rhodes has served as the VP-Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary of the company since October 2004. He has been with the company since January 2003, when he first joined the company's in-house legal staff to focus primarily on intellectual property issues.
