Aramark Corporation, a world leader in providing professional services, announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on its Class A and Class B common stock.
The dividend will be payable on June 9th 2006 to Aramark shareholders of record at the close of business on May 19th 2006.
