Jeantex Group buys majority interest in Romanian outfit

Henry Fahman, Chairman of Jeantex Group Inc, stated: "We are pleased to have signed this agreement with Eurotex to expand our auxiliary denim service capabilities as part of our four-pronged business strategy. We believe Eurotex's Sibiu-based operations will bring about distinctive competitive advantages as we position ourselves to meet the growing demand in this region.”
“At the same time, we will continue to work towards the consummation of other potential acquisitions and strategic alliances in Vietnam in order to increase our private label capacity, open up new international markets and add substantial overall revenues to the Company in the near future," he added.
