True Religion Apparel to participate at CIBC 5th Annual Consumer Growth Conference

Apparel company True Religion Apparel Inc announced that Charles Lesser, True Religion's Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the CIBC World Markets Fifth Annual Consumer Growth Conference. The conference is being held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston. The True Religion presentation will be webcast live at 9:25 a.m. ET on Wednesday, July 13, 2005 at www.truereligionbrandjeans.com.

The Company also announced that it remains comfortable with the guidance it provided in conjunction with its first quarter earnings release on April 26, 2005, including second revenues of $20 to $22 million and earnings per share of $0.16 to $0.17 and 2005 fiscal year revenues of $84 to $88 million and earnings per share of $0.66 to $0.70.
